Terms and Conditions
- Minimum age for Laser is 8 years old
- Minimum age for Paintball is 12 years old.
- Age range for Mini Paintball is 8-11 years only.
- For Laser & Paintball activity's, any groups with players under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, that remains at centre for duration of the activity.
- You will be required to fill in a waiver form upon entry.
Deposits and refunds
Booking deposits are paid to secure a booking. Under the Distance selling regulations clients have 7 days in which to claim a refund of the booking deposit, provided it is received by email to info@bzleisure.com.
If a booking is made for a time within 7 days, then the customer would need to waive their rights under the Distance Selling Regulations as the booking is prior to the expiry of the 7 day cooling off period.
Booking deposits are paid to ensure customers turn up for their allocated activity time and are non refundable and non-transferable.
Laser and Mini Paintball balance payments are due at least 3 days before the event
Cancellations
Once a booking is made if the customer then chooses to cancel, the deposit will be lost.
Site terms
BZ Leisure enforces a strict zero tolerance policy towards the following:
Physical and or verbal violence to staff
Alcohol and drug use whilst on site
Any verbal or physical abuse will result in ejection from site:
