A parents guide to paintballing for children

Paintball is the perfect children’s activity, its outdoors, encourages teamwork, problem solving and is active.

Its paintball so it does carry an element of risk, but it’s incredibly low. Your child is probably more likely to injure themselves playing football.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

We offer two options for children, mini paintball and junior paintball. We ask that anyone under the age of 16 has a guardian on site at all times.

Mini paintball is for 8-11 year olds and they will be provided with smaller lighter and less powerful guns. They will also be provided with extra protection, a full head mask, front and back chest protector and gloves. The mini paintball sessions last for 2hours where they will play a minimum of 3 game zones. Your children will only play with those within the same age bracket.

Junior paintball is for 12-16 year olds and is a party package. Here they will be provided with all standard issue equipment such as a mask, Tippmann gun and overalls, body armour and gloves are an upgrade on this package. Here your children will play with anyone 12 years and older and will be provided will food and 400 paintballs.

PARTIES

For an extra £5.00pp you can upgrade Mini Paintball for a birthday package, here you will receive a birthday cake, hot dog, crisps and juice. We require 20 people for a private party in which you will have exclusive use of the site and anyone over 11 can also play. For a normal non-exclusive party to run we require a minimum of 4 people and you will be mixed with other parties who are also 8-11years old.

Junior paintball is a party package which is for 12-16year olds where you will receive a hot dog, crisps, juice and birthday cake as well as 400 paintballs. You will be playing with anyone 12years + on the day.

SAFETY

We have marshals on site at all times and have strict rules and guidelines which will be sated during briefing. Facemasks MUST be worn at all times for your child’s own safety if your child removes their facemask we may remove your child from the game zone to avoid injury.
